This product uses a pure aluminum substrate, made of G6063T high-strength aluminum alloy, with a tensile strength of 205–245 MPa and a yield strength of 150–180 MPa. After T6 heat treatment, it has excellent structural stability. The entire 6m x 4m structure is fixed with thickened main columns (wall thickness of more than 2.0 mm) and ground expansion screws, and has a wind resistance of 8-9 levels (equivalent to a wind speed of 62–88 km/h).
This Aluminum Pergola is equipped with an electrically adjustable aluminum shutter roof system. The maximum opening angle of the shutter blades is 90 degrees. When closed, it forms a tight structure with a rainwater sealing rate of 99.99%; when open, it can achieve a maximum ventilation efficiency of 80%. Automatically controlled by a remote control system or a climate sensor (wind, rain and light sensor), it can realize three operating modes: automatic closing, half-opening or full-opening to cope with different weather conditions. The average noise level of the shutter system is less than 45 dB. The motor system is CE, RoHS, and EN60335-2-97 certified, and has a stable operating life of more than 10,000 opening and closing cycles.
The product adopts an integrated deep groove drainage system. When the shutter blades are closed, a closed roof is formed. Rainwater is guided to the internal drainage pipe of the column through the preset diversion groove, and then discharged to the ground through the bottom outlet. In moderate rain (rainfall intensity 10–25 mm/h), the drainage efficiency reaches 100%, and in heavy rain (50 mm/h), the drainage capacity still maintains an efficiency of more than 95%. The concealed drainage design prevents rainwater leakage or water backflow, which is especially suitable for areas with high rainfall frequency.
Corrosion-resistant high-temperature coating
The external coating adopts an electrostatic powder spraying process and is cured by high-temperature baking (above 200℃) to form a dense protective layer to resist ultraviolet rays, moisture and salt spray erosion. The coating has a thickness of 80–100 μm and a salt spray resistance of more than 1,000 hours (according to ASTM B117 test standard), making it suitable for high humidity and high corrosion environments at the seaside. The entire frame material does not contain formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), is environmentally friendly and has no odor.
